Item was sent to a different address, it was an oversight. A replacement was mail out to the correct address. thank you for working with us to get this issue resolved :D

Thank you for your feedback. however items arrived in a timely matter and prior to feedback. I would suggest asking neighbors, a manager if you have one, the mail man or even look in the bushes. both items were delivered. I cannot post private information or I would provide tracking numbers on here for evidence. we understand packages get lost in the mail from time to time. however we mailed out all items and are not responsible for lost mail. you would take that up with the USPS. thank you for your time.
