Condition: This is an original photograph, not a copy or reproduction. It is in very good condition. Comments: The Roosevelt School on Stevens Avenue at the corner of Brighton Avenue in Portland, Maine was built in 1919. In 1986 the school building was converted to condominiums and several new condos were built at the rear of the property. The property is now known as Roosevelt Arms.
