SCIENCE-FICTION BOOK CLUB bulletin This is an extremely rare January and February, 1960, newsletter from the early days of the SFBC. The 5x7-inch, four-page flyer offers illustrated introductions to hardcover books selling to members for as little as a single dollar. Featured are A JOURNEY TO THE CENTRE OF THE EARTH by Jules Verne and A TREASURY OF GREAT SCIENCE FICTION two-volume set edited by Anthony Boucher. Condition of the (normally) monthly notice is Good with a tape repaired fold, a vertical crease and top and bottom border pin holes. Have at this 65-year-old nostalgia sample. All photos are brand new glossy or lustre-finished unless stated otherwise. Black and white stills are first generation prints unless noted as studio originals.
