Refunds for items damaged in transit are done via insurance and all fragile items will be automatically insured. Anything sent via priority mail is automatically insured for up to 50 dollars. First class shipments can not be insured so please select priority mail if you would like insurance. If it isn’t offered please contact me and I will add it.
All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If “AS IS” is stated in the description of the item no refunds will be made unless it is broken and insured.
