In your PayPal claim you stated you bought this from eBay, not Bonanza. I don't sell activation keys on eBay. Also you say your "codes" were bad. I only sold you one code. You also never contacted me through Bonanza for any support, just left a negative feedback??? That is too bad because I would have helped you if you had any issues with what I sold you. I stand behind the products I sell. |

Microsoft's canned answer is the key is invalid. I asked the buyer for a screenshot of the error which was never sent to me. I refunded the purchase as sometimes you can't help people if they don't work with you. |

Buyer would not let me help him. This is not an Enterprise License. The error indicates more than one version of Office idenitified on the buyers computer. As mentioned in the instructions, you must uninstalled all previous versions of Office before proceeding. Buyer didn't follow the directions |

Hello buyer. I don’t know how you could have tried to call me because for security reasons I do not provide a phone number. I have checked my Bonanza message box and my emails and I have absolutely nothing from you. Without any forms of proof you tried to contact me I think there is a chance you are a competitor trying to hurt my reputation. If you look at my other feedbacks and endorsements, you know I never ignore my buyers.
