This white ceramic piggy bank with a black bowtie is in excellent condition.  There is a decal of "Tom, Tom the Piper's Son" with a drawing of such on the front of the bank.  I don't know where the bank was made but there is an inscription on the bottom that says:  MR. PIGGY    ELLURE AVE    ENGLAND. The measurements are 7 inches tall, 4 1/2 inches wide.  This bank was never used.  It is a great bank for a child in order to encourage saving.
