This item is a very nice Silver Plate International Silver Co Cake & Spoon Server Leaf Design Qty 2. The Cake Server has a very nice Beautiful engrave Leaf Pattern still has the sticker on the base. This Cake Server is 11 1/4 inches long. The Spoon Server is 11 1/2 inches long. You can see where the sticker, So I believe this is a International Silver Co Spoon.  Does have a bit of wear from age and use. Does have a little pitting in the Spoon.
