Comments:  This is an effective way of reducing engine noise in car radios and other 12 volt systems along with filtering the power supply.  It installs in-line between your 12 volt "hot" power source and the power wire of the head unit. It also has a separate ground wire to help make it work more effectively.

Static, engine noise, and other interference can often be introduced when installing aftermarket accessories. This can help to reduce and/or eliminate those problems. Keep in mind that "engine noise" can come from a number of sources and is directly relative to the quality of the overall installation and the equipment used.

This is often a low-cost solution that overcomes many of these problems but does not always work in every situation. It's a very easy fix and always worth a try since it's a very simple install. We have been using these for years with much success. If it doesn't work for you we are always happy to take it back for a refund so you have nothing to lose.

Please note: This is NOT for large power amplifiers as it does not have heavy-gauge input/output wires. It is suitable for smaller amps but primarily is used for car stereos, CB radios, scanners, along with a variety of marine electronics, etc.
