The Rudolf R-Myra-300 is a polyphase kilowatt-hour meter that is used to measure electricity consumption. 
It is a microprocessor-based meter with a high-resolution liquid crystal display. The meter is equipped with 
a pulse output, which can be used to interface with other devices, such as a data logger.
