Why isn’t the solar light working?

If your solar light isn't functioning, please follow these steps:

1. Initial Setup: After receiving your package, place the solar light in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours to charge. Ensure that the light's switch is turned on while charging.

2. Light Sensor Functionality: The solar light is equipped with a light sensor, so it won’t operate during daylight. It only activates in darkness. After charging, test the light in a dark environment.

3. Proper Placement: Make sure the light is installed in an area with no obstructions above or around it, ensuring that the solar panel can receive direct sunlight.

4. Avoid External Light Sources: If there is another light source nearby, it may interfere with the sensor, preventing the solar light from turning on. Place it in a completely dark area for optimal performance.

5. Motion Sensing Mode: If you've selected the motion-sensing mode, the light will turn on automatically when someone enters its detection range.

6. Flashing Light: If the light flashes, it indicates that the battery is low and needs to be recharged in sunlight.
