This is a VINTAGE GARFIELD CAT PENCIL TOPPER PVC Toy Figure 1980's. It is 1 3/4 inches tall. It is in great condition. It has minor wear from use, but nothing major. His four legs are formed to hold onto the top of a pencil. There is a hole on his bottom, a pencil will not fit into that. He is hollow and squishy. Combine auctions to save on shipping.
