Being sold as-is, for parts. I occasionally sell Parker pens ; These are parts I ran across, or ones I could not get to work, or to click properly, after putting in a cartridge & spring. Some are missing insides like cartridges and springs. (I keep mine for putting on new listings). One of them is a pencil, dark blue barrel, slides apart too easily. The bottom pen with the cool color, has a cracked cap.
