Pre-owned and used. To me it looks like a letter A with an R and a C ...but according to the pins listed just like it, it's an A with a P and a C for Presidents Club. See photos for assessment. It is not marked Avon..it is marked 93/94 consistent with the Avon pins that are just like this.
