This is a Johann Haviland floral creamer in an unknown pattern.   It is white with bright, multicolor flowers and gold trim.  It is stamped E599 and 47.

The creamer measures 2.25 inches tall and is about 2.50 inches across.  I bought it with some demitasse cups, so it may be a smaller version.

There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
