It doesn't say Descoware, but I believe it to be Descoware.
It weights almost 10lbs. It is 14-3/8" from handle to handle (length) and 9.5" wide, 4-3/4" tall without the lid.
I measured the capacity to be 4 quarts.
Outside is super nice - very glossy, just a few small chips/dings. There is a spot of gray Paint? on underside of handle. Inside is kind of stained up/worn and needs a bit of TLC.
