This is a new genuine OEM lamp (not aftermarket junk) that was ordered wrong, never installed. 
This is NOT a USA model, it was ordered for an export customer who canceled forfeiting his deposit...selling below cost to move it. 

No damage, no repairs to mounts.  Lens has light scratches as shown.

This is not a USA model lamp though they might fit as a pair.
