VINTAGE SOVIET RUSSIAN  USSR OLD SCHOOL LAB CONTACT BREAKER / SWITCHER. Hardwood/ copper and steel. 250V 10a written on one side /Skolnij ("for school"in russian) on the other side.

Don't use it with high voltage to exclude risk of electric shock. I think it is comes from WW2 period. Good working condition, just missing one side contact maker bolt. You can see in picture.
