Labnet S1000-A Gyrotwister Adjustable 3D Shaker.  This item powers on.  This item started to spin and shake for about 10-15 seconds and then it stopped.  I was not able to get it to shake again.  I am selling this for parts or repair only.  I do not know what is wrong with it.  See photos for physical condition.
