Flowered print dresses are all the rage this year. This halter dress by Rampage fits 32" to 36" bust. Dress has a gathered stretch elastic lycra back and elastic lycra stretch around the neck to adjust to your size and can easily fit sizes 9 through 12. Length is right above the knee and in my estimation would nicely fit someone 5'4" tall through 5'11" tall. Features gathering/pleats on the bust portion, a slight drop waist in front for style and a built-in lacy crinoline black slip/layer of tulle under the dress to give it fullness and keep the "poofed" up full shape, similar to what a hoop skirt did in the olden days. Tapered around the waist and shaped to give you an hour-glass figure. (*Note: exact material content is not spelled out anywhere on a built-in tag--the only tag on the dress is a sales tag attached from Lord & Taylor stating size 9, a Rampage tag and a tag stating it is 90% cotton, 10% lycra. The sewn-in tag was pulled out at the dept. store). Never worn. Retails for $150-$200, asking less than 1/2 price, making this a real bargain. Stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
