Espumizan Comfort breaks down the bubbly foam in the stomach contents and in the mucus of the digestive tract. The gases released in this way can be absorbed by the intestinal wall, as well as excreted by intestinal peristalsis.

Active ingredients:

100mg simethicone in 1ml emulsion.

Dosage:
Infants: 5-10 drops are added to a bottle of milk or given to the child with a small spoon immediately before each feeding.
Children from 1 to 6 years: 10 drops 3 to 5 times a day.
Children from 6 to 14 years: 10-20 drops 3 to 5 times a day.
Adolescents and adults: 20 drops 3 to 5 times a day.

There are two ways to measure the dose of Espumizan comfort drops: with a dropper and with a measuring cup graphed in milliliters. When using the supplied dropper, the bottle should be held vertically with the dropper pointing downwards. 25 drops are equivalent to 1ml of the emulsion (100mg simethicone).

For doses of 25 drops and above, pull out the measuring cup that is attached to the screw cap and use it to dispense instead of the dropper on the bottle. Due to the risk of swallowing, the measuring cup should be kept out of the reach of children.

It is taken during or after meals, as well as at bedtime, if necessary. Applied while complaints persist.

Shake well before use.

Warnings:

Espumizan Comfort contains sorbitol. If you suffer from intolerance to some sugars, consult your doctor about the use of the product.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

For new or ongoing stomach complaints, see your doctor. He will determine the cause of the complaints and possibly the underlying disease that requires treatment.

Especially when used in infants and children, you should consult a doctor.
