Hemostats are fundamental tools for good grooming. They allow groomers to remove excess hair from the ear canal, which reduces the risk of infections.

They are also great for removing unwanted items such as thorns, ticks, burrs, splinters, etc. from your pet’s coat or skin.

Each Hemostat has a Locking Ratchet & Serrated Jaws or nose for better gripping.

High quality Stainless Steel construction allows for easy cleaning, disinfecting and durability.

SMALL- Measures 5" with a 1"L x 1/16"W nose. Commonly referred to as “mosquito” style hemostat. This size is the smallest of hemostats, having the narrowest nose and shortest shaft of any hemostat. It comes to a fine blunt point. Serrated nose provides good gripping quality for pulling hair out of most dogs’ ears. Can be used with any breed and is best for grooming very small breeds, attaching pre-made bows to topknots, and for use by groomers with smaller hands.

LARGE- Measures 6"L with a 1 1/4"L x 3/32"W nose. Commonly referred to as “Crile” style hemostat. This stainless-steel hemostat, with a longer shaft and nose than other hemostats, is good for most any breed and best for larger dogs, dogs with longer ear canals or people with larger hands.

CURVED- Measures 5" with a 1"L x 1/16"W nose. Commonly referred to as “Kelly” style hemostat. Curved Kelly Hemostat is one of the most commonly-used and versatile-style hemostats. Similar in size to the small sized tool but has a curved nose which aids in getting into hard to reach areas. Can be used with any size breed and sized to fit most sized hands.

This Top Performance® ProEar Professional Ear Powder is helpful in maintaining ear hygiene and odor control in dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. Provides excellent gripping qualities for using either finger or instrument (Hemostat) to pull hair from inside of ear.

*Powder will not stain or discolor coat

*Easy grip dispenser provides excellent control for application by hand or with an instrument (hemostat or tweezer).

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description).

Please Note: We are unable to accept returns on books unless they are defective, in which case we will replace them with the same title.

Please Note: Due to the high-precision nature of all Shears and Scissors we sell, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 10 days. If product is found to be defective on receipt, you may return for exchange of same product.

RETURNS: Most items can now be returned via’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g.  just didn't like it, does not fit, found better price, changed my mind, item defective, etc.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return, I will process refund. If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a restocking fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial refund.  After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount. All items must be paid for on one invoice to qualify for shipping discount. If discount does not automatically calculate correctly on checkout please purchase (buy it now) items you want one at a time but do not pay until I have sent you a combined invoice with shipping discount applied. This will generate a message to me that you have made purchases and I can then send out a corrected invoice with discount. Note: adding items to your cart just saves items in your cart and does not register as a purchase and will not generate a message to me. If in question, please message me before making payment. I cannot process refunds on shipping once items have been paid for.
