It looks to be new in the original box.  Lighter works need liquid. Approximate measurements. The ashtray length is 8" and the largest part of the ashtray is 5 1/8".  The lighter length is 2" by 1" wide.  The set was manufactured in Japan for S.S. KRESGE COMPANY. Detroit, Michigan 48232. Please look at all the pictures for details: no cracks or crazing.
