Dill Seeds are the dried fruit of a plant which belongs to the parsley family. The seeds are small, oval-shaped and tan in color with a fairly strong flavor. This spice is essential for making dill pickles, and can also be added to meats, cole slaw, sauerkraut, macaroni salad, dips and breads. This is about 4 3/4 oz, which is a little more than 1 full cup of seasoning.
