Payment needs to be made within 2 days of the using 'buy it now' or an sale's end. However, remember the quicker you pay for the item, the faster we can get it to you . Now, in the case 2 days has passed, we will want to report it to to have our seller fees refunded and be able to relist our product as soon as possible. Once an unpaid item case has been opened with, the buyer will still have 4 days to make payment before the unpaid item case is closed. Please don't abuse this rule.
We work on shipping your order right away after payment. We understand you have paid for your item and are ready to see it delivered. Normal shipping means giving us 1-3 business days to get it packaged and on it's way with tracking information. If the shipping times vary from 1-3 business days, you will notice we have listed the shipping time for that particular item.

We do offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving your item. This policy should not be abused. We inspect our in stock products well before we ship them and we sell quality items when they are shipped from warehouses. The return option should be used for defective or damaged merchandise. If the buyer chooses to send an item back due to buyer remorse or just because, we will still refund the buyer minus a 15% restocking fee which does not mean we even recover all of our cost associated the the transaction. Also, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless the buyer is able to show damage upon delivery or we are made aware of the defective item within the first week of delivery. The reasons for this strict policy is we post large pictures, so the buyer can see vividly what they are buying and we post an abundance of details. The buyer should read well the details, sizes, and colors of the item.

Our business is located in Springfield, MO which helps make the shipping process ideal since we are central to anywhere in the country. At times we coordinate direct shipments from various suppliers and ship products direct from the warehouses of our suppliers. Most likely if we ship direct, it would be because it is more cost efficient on shipping depending on location. We also handle advertising at times on various clearance/liquidation items from warehouses and handle product sales.

At times, our pricing is extremely low, because we are in the process of liquidating certain items.
