OK I found this………If the paid transaction originates from the current sales month…
Go to your My Bonanza > Fees Owed page and click on the link titled “See Activity Since Last Bill” so you can view your current month bill. From that page, click on the link titled, “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” and follow the prompts to request a refund. We will process those as quickly as possible for you (usually within 48 hours).

To cancel the sale…
Send message to buyer, either through bonanza or paypal (you should have the email from paypal)…(or other payment forms…ie Checkout By Amazon or Credit Card)…that you are cancelling the sale…
Issue refund from their payment source (PP, CBA or CC)
In PP click transaction, click on Issue a Refund link (essentially same with CBA, but if you use the credit card option, you will have to do it from your My Booth Payment Account)
Once refund is issued, request refund of fees from bonanza with as mentioned above refund transaction #
This will refund your fees while also cancelling the sale here…
After which time you can either “hide” invoice or keep it visible for your records…
Cancelling sales are your responsibility as is requesting fee refund and informing bonanza…they do not do it for you

Agree 100%. Then when I go to issue a refund on the “Correct” order, the site [URL removed] "No refund information is available for this offer. Select another offer or complete the refund request form below. I did select the correct item, and now they will not permit us to request a refund on fee’s? Really? eBay alternative? I doubt it. Now Bonanza forces you to use their shipping service.
