How do i cancel an order done on amazon payments?

Buyer purchased by mistake. Wants to cancel. When I try the link to the amazon payment transaction number it says I am not authorized to see it. Anyone know what I can do?

Go directly to your Checkout by Amazon account on the Amazon [URL removed] sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/homepage.html

Once you have logged in, you should be able to click on orders, then you can view the order you want to cancel. From that page, you will be able to cancel the order.

Thank you for your response. I cannot get into my amazon account. Is there a way to cancel here at Bonanza?

I don’t think you can cancel the payment from anywhere but your Amazon account. I don’t know whether your problem is a password problem or something else, but the sign-in page has links you can click for help or if you forgot your password.

If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the “help” page, you will see link for obtaining technical support from Amazon. You’ll need to do that if you aren’t able to resolve the problem on your own.

Thank you for your help. Took some time but I found the tech support contact info. It let me go through the whole process of leaving a support ticket and then told me their website was not available. Down for updating and try again in a few days.

You have been so helpful—can’t say the same about Amazon. :-(

You can try Jeremy..that is if he is still at CBA…

But you will have to wait until Monday

Also, do as thebgs [URL removed] Click on link on sign-in page that says “Forgot Password” they will send you a new link to change password and you can get into your account…and manage orders

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
