Why am i getting no sales on bonanza?

I’ve had four sales, and one was my niece. I am very confused. What am I doing wrong. I am set to Gold booth, 9% and my webstore broadcaster is on.

I have a serious question for [URL removed] why am I seeing several of your items listed at a price of ZERO dolllars and ZERO cents?

loves_birds says: November 02, 2018

cshort. I think those are “freebies” given to someone who buys another item.

Perhaps a stupid question but what is a "webstore broadcaster "??? Is that some perk of having a Store Subscription (of which I do not).

cshort0319 says: November 04, 2018

Some do say freebies, but some do not.

You need to put the fact that the freebie is only with the purchase of a regular priced item. I think someone finding that out only after a freebie is in their cart is not a good thing.

Yup, it’s been four or five months. I get nothing. 10% cheaper than my eBay prices. Offered free shipping on most items for several months. Blowing up FB. Broadcasting at a higher rate. Nothin. If this doesn’t change by X-mas I’m done. This is stupid and it’s costing me more than I sell.

There’s hardly any sales for indie sellers on EVERY platform.
[URL removed] Too much competition.
20 years ago, one could sell anything, anywhere. SO few sellers and so many buyers.
Now there’s way too many sellers & selling platforms for the number of buyers. We’ve flooded the market.
One use to be able to be a small seller on E-Bay and make enough to quit their job.
Now, there’s not even enough money for the pocket.

Large Part of Auction sites sales is that if you dont jump thru ALL their HOOPS, they hid your listings now. Dont know what the issue is here as it uu

It used to be so much better here so not sure if they are hiding stuff here too. No sales means no fees for them so makes no sense to do that.

I’ve been here for over a year and have only had 10 sales. I just started posting on another site two days ago and have already made a sale there. I am going to put a lot of my items on the other site, but keep this one open as well. Some of my items are not a good match for the other place. Sales are VERY slow here, but, the community is so fantastic that I will not close my shop.

I’ve been selling on Bonanza for a little over a year. I am a gold booth and set at 9%. I started out really slow, but now, I sell a good amount. of course it fluctuates but I don’t have another job…. granted my husband pays the rent but I pay all the other bills. :)
